Balinese cooking class with Pak I Ketut Cater from the village of Pinda, Bali. Many of these dishes and flavors cannot be found elsewhere in the Bay Area and feature herbs, spices, and condiments brought in from Baliu and logically sourced natural and organic ingredients.

What to wear/bring to class:
- Sharp knife and cutting board.
- Feel free to bring a favorite apron.
- Notebook and pen.
Wine/Beer: We invite class participants (who are 21 and older) to bring any wine/beer they would like to enjoy during class for personal consumption.
